    It’s 1976 at the local public access TV station in Santa Teresa. Second-wave feminism arrives when Dorothy, the smartest woman in town, takes over Chinwag, a low-rating talk show with famously mustached host, Russ O’Sullivan, who is left wondering What’s Going On? A dark comedy unfolds when the small-town revolution is televised.
